At videosait.nl, we create custom, personalized videos made specifically based on each customer’s request. Because every video is made to order and tailored to your personal or business instructions, all sales are final.
1. Personalized Nature of Our Products
Each video is created according to the details, notes, and preferences you provide during your order. This means the product cannot be reused, resold, or modified for another customer.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a video has been produced and delivered.
2. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour after placing your order. After we begin working on your video, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Errors or Issues
If you receive a video that:

does not match the description or instructions you provided, or

contains technical issues (e.g., no sound, file won’t open),
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mhcinar12@gmail.com.
We will review your request and, if the issue is valid, we may offer a free correction or adjustment to your video.
4. No Chargebacks
Since we dedicate time and creative effort into each personalized video, we kindly ask our customers not to initiate chargebacks for completed and delivered orders. By purchasing from videosait.nl, you agree to this policy.
5. Business Orders
For companies or custom commercial videos, the same policy applies. All business video orders are non-refundable once production begins.
