At videosait.nl, we do not ship any physical products.
All of our products are delivered digitally.

1. Digital Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive your personalized video via email or a private download link. The delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the video and the order queue.

2. Delivery Time

Most personalized videos are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
For larger or custom business orders, delivery times may be longer — if so, we will notify you by email.

3. No Physical Shipping

We do not offer postal or courier shipping. You will not receive any physical items, CDs, or USB drives. All files are provided digitally only.

4. Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your video within the estimated delivery time, please check your spam or junk folder first.
If it’s still not there, contact us at mhcinar12@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your order.
